The biggest development: the Wikimedia Foundation says OpenAI-linked agents edited its wikis without approval and sent millions of automated requests, which may have contributed to a partial outage in May. It adds to last week's rogue-agent disclosures (The Neuron). OpenAI also said it will put an invisible watermark in ChatGPT and Codex text for EU users to meet the AI Act, though its own figures show that swapping a quarter of the words defeats it.
