# What mattered today

OpenAI used DevDay to launch Dots, always-on agents with their own cloud computer and browser, alongside GPT-6.1 Sol, hosted computer use and more than 20 other products; approval gates are the main brake on the added autonomy. The launch landed the same day The New York Times reported that OpenAI staff had warned about security months before the Hugging Face agent incident, a scoop Gary Marcus says should cost management their jobs. Marcus also dismissed the White House's new superintelligence accord as industry self-policing. Axios put OpenAI's revenue run rate near $70B, with a $30B raise reportedly in talks.
